Subscription & Billing Terms

1. Overview

Bibinto offers a VIP Subscription that provides access to additional features. All subscriptions are recurring and automatically renewing unless canceled.

2. Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, depending on the plan selected)
• The price and billing interval are clearly displayed before purchase
• By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis

Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.

3. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal period.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Accessing your account settings on the website

Important: Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only. You must cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged.

5. Access After Cancellation

After cancellation:

• You will continue to have access to VIP features until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be made after the current period ends

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Summary:

• Refunds may be requested within 14 days if VIP features were not used
• Refunds may be granted if an account is blocked
• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund

7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

• We may attempt to charge the payment method again
• Your access to VIP features may be suspended or restricted
• Continued failure may result in subscription cancellation

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

You agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks. If a chargeback is initiated:

• Your account may be suspended or terminated
• We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback
• You may lose access to the Services

9. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time.

• Changes will not affect current billing periods
• Updated pricing will apply to future billing cycles
• Continued use of the subscription constitutes acceptance of the new pricing

10. No Free Trial

Bibinto does not offer free trials for VIP subscriptions.

11. Compliance and Fraud Prevention

We may monitor transactions for fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel transactions
• Restrict access to services
• Take appropriate action to protect the platform
