Bibinto offers VIP subscription services with automatic renewal. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• A refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase; and
• The VIP subscription has not been used; or
• The user's account has been blocked or restricted by the platform.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• The VIP features or benefits have already been used
• The refund request is made after the 14-day period
• The user violated our Terms of Service resulting in account restrictions (unless otherwise determined at our sole discretion)

4. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their VIP subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.
