We reserve the right to verify accounts and to suspend or terminate accounts that are suspected of being false, misleading, or fraudulent.

5. VIP Subscription and Billing

Bibinto offers paid VIP subscription services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (auto-renewal)
• You may cancel at any time via your account settings
• Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only
• No free trial is provided
• Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.

6. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

All fees are clearly presented before purchase. By making a purchase, you agree:

• To pay all applicable charges
• That all transactions are final except as stated in our Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks. If a chargeback is initiated:

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account
• We may dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence
• Any outstanding balances may become immediately due

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bibinto from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
